A spicy chypre fragrance for women and men with a flowery, green introduction. Launched as a fresh, vibrant and sparkling interpretation of the original Roja Parfums.
Roja Dove, a perfume critic and author, said that "a good chypre offers an abundant display of pigment," and this fragrance certainly meets all of those standards. Roja Dove Diaghilev is loaded with rich spices, lead by notes of cumin and cedar in the opening. The middle stage contains a variety of florals including heliotrope and rose, but shifts towards dry leather later on due to the inclusion of patchouli. Roja Parfums Diaghilev creates for itself a respectable niche in the world of high-end chypres thanks to its powerful projection.
Fragrance Notes:
- Top notes are Cumin, Bergamot, Lemon, Orange, Tarragon and Lime.
- Middle notes are Ylang-Ylang, Peach, Jasmine, Rose, Heliotrope, Violet, Black Currant and Tuberose.
- Base notes are Oak moss, Civet, Leather, Musk, Cloves, Labdanum, Patchouli, Benzoin, Peru Balsam, Vetyver, Ambrette (Musk Mallow), Nutmeg, Styrax, Guaiac Wood, Cedar, Vanilla and Sandalwood.
